Scott Shepherd’s Flashback Friday Song: May 6th

Flash back to 1994! I was one year out of high school. I can't say I remember exactly what I was doing in '94 but I do remember this song from Tracy Byrd. It came from his multi-platinum record "No Ordinary Man".

The song tells the story of a watermelon festival happening in "Rhine". That just happens to be a real town in Georgia. I can happily say I have never done the Watermelon Crawl. But I did like this song back in the day. It reached number 4 on the country charts in 1994.
