The 2017 first round draft pick & former Bama star has played his last game as a 49er.

Reuben Foster was arrested in his team hotel room hours before today's Tampa Bay game for domestic violence battery.

The alleged victim is Elissa Ennis, Foster's girlfriend for the last three tears. She accuses Reuben of pushing and slapping her. Marks were visible on her collarbone.

The 49ers have said any player committing domestic violence has no place on their team.

The team spokesperson tells CBS Sports "if found guilty he won't be part of the team going forward".

Ennis previously accused Foster earlier this year, but later said she made it up for money.

Foster has had previous run ins with the police.
