Remember The Back to The Future Soundtrack?

The Power of Love  from Huey Lewis and the News Hit number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in 1985. It was their first number one. You have to remember the other tacks on the Back to the Future: Music from the Motion Picture Soundtrack.

According to The Mirror, Huey Lewis and the News almost passed on featuring in Back to the Future's soundtrack - because they weren't sure about writing a song for a film. They made the right decision!

One of my favorite scenes in Back to the Future is when Marty McFly plays Johnny B. Goode at the dance. "Alright guys, listen, this is a blues riff in B - Watch me for the changes and try to keep up, OK!"
