In January, RaeLynn will hit the road with "Lose It" hitmaker Kane Brown — an artist who she feels will bring something completely different to the table.

“I just think there is going to be such a different energy to this show," RaeLynn says of going out on Brown’s first-ever arena headlining tour, the Live Forever Tour that also features Jimmie Allen, Granger Smith and Danielle Bradbery.

"We are all definitely part of a new wave of country music and I just think it's going to be a big party," RaeLynn, 24, says. "The crowd is going to be a bit younger, so it's going to be awesome. I think it was really strategic for Kane to bring me and Danielle Bradbery out with him."

RaeLynn Spills the Details of Her First Kiss

The tour starts on Jan. 10, 2019, and the Texas native says she has been working to stay as healthy as possible in the meantime. "I feel great, even though I’m still working off the Korean noodles,” she admits with a laugh, referencing a recent trip overseas to play a show for the military.

Like many country stars, RaeLynn works with celebrity fitness trainer Erin Oprea, who has helped her feel good not just physically, but mentally. "Erin (Oprea) has helped me regain my confidence,” she says about the trainer, who has works with artists like Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini and Maren Morris. "It’s not about the weight on the scale. Instead, its about how you feel and how your clothes fit."

RaeLynn also says this healthy regimen has helped her keep her diabetes "totally under control."

"You just can’t deprive yourself," she insists. "It’s all about the lifestyle you decide to follow."
