QB Coach Did Not Tell Nick Saban He Was Leaving For Miami

Bama QB Coach Dan Enos reportedly did not tell Nick Saban he was leaving for Miami. Bruce Feldman says in an article published by The Athletic that the Enos departure came as a surprise to Coach Saban.

Coaches gathered for a meeting with Saban last Friday. Several Bama assistants knew Enos had accepted an offer from Miami. Saban was not informed and reportedly walked into the meeting and ask "Where the F is is Dan!?!"

Enos had reportedly already cleaned out his office without talking to Nick Saban. Enos was expected to become Bama's new Offensive Coordinator.

Why would Enos leave Bama? Maybe he could not handle the demanding grind of all grinds as a Nick Saban assistant.

If these reports are accurate, then the Enos exit was classless.
