Notice Anything Unusual About This Clock?

This clock has hung on my wall for close to a year and I never noticed one particularly unusual quirk.

During our massive remodel, I made a lot of trips back and forth to Birmingham. Most of the visits required shopping for tile, doors, etc. but occasionally, I'd stick my head into various unique home stores I came across.

On one of those visits, I purchased this clock which has since hung on the wall in my kitchen for a year. It wasn't until last week that my son, Jesse pointed out one unusual feature.
