Northport Police Department's first Fall Festival and Trunk-or-Treat was held in front of City Hall last night. Hundreds turned out for the event in front of Northport City Hall, which offered free fun for children of all ages.

The event featured a trunk-or-treat, bounce houses, a petting zoo, and cake walk. A costume contest was held for kids, and another costume contest was held for pets, with proceeds benefiting local animal welfare groups. Attendees were asked to bring canned food donations which were given to the West Alabama Food Bank.

Northport PD say the event will be back next year.
