Southern Foodway's Alliance (SFA) has recently produced a short film that takes a look into what makes one Alabama barbecue joint so unique.

An SFA film by Wes Wages 'Archibald's' takes an insightful look into Achibald's BBQ in Northport. Opened in 1961 by George Archibald, the restaurant is in the backyard of the house where current owner George Archibald, Jr was raised.

Archibald’s, the film takes us to that quaint little red and white house in Northport where millions of plates have been served and where generations have been taught the tools to the family trade.
