Name of Man Who Took Hostages in Tuscaloosa Released

On Tuesday morning, authorities were able to bring a hostage stand off at Alabama Credit Union to an end without anyone being harmed.

18-year-old Cedrick Lamar Collins has been arrested and accused of holding 11 employees hostage this morning in what was supposed to be a bank robbery.

This isn't the first time the suspect has had a run in with the law, in November of 2015, Collins was charged with rape and robbery in connection with the abduction of a 19-year-old in the parking lot of University Mall.
