Most Expensive Tuscaloosa Area Homes For Sale
I read where actor, director Tyler Perry was selling his Atlanta mansion for $25,000,000. It's a ridiculous spread listed on Sotheby's International Realty's website.
"Perhaps the most compelling private residence to ever be offered to market in the history of Atlanta," the listing said. I wondered what the most expensive house for sale was in our area.
The pic above is Tyler Perry's pad. At a cool 25 million asking price. Check out the house that has an asking price for almost double Perry's. Holy Cow.
Looking on Realtor.com and Zillow.com, we don't seem to have any homes listed for anywhere close to $25,000,000, but we do have some breathtaking homes for sale still in the millions of dollars.
Here are the top 3 most expensive homes...err...estates, I could find currently listed in Tuscaloosa. After 3, the houses hang around the 1.5 million mark then drop pretty quick to below a million. There are however more homes listed for over a million dollars than I would have thought.
This jewel was 3 on the list.
