Less than two months after splitting with Anderson East, Miranda Lambert is reportedly moving on with a new man. According to Us Weekly, Lambert has started dating musician Evan Felker from Turnpike Troubadours.

Felker's group is currently opening for Lambert on her Livin' Like Hippies Tour, and a source tell the magazine that their relationship "just happened" when Lambert and Felker "started spending a lot more time together while on the road."

That source describes their relationship as beginning while Lambert was still with East, with whom she started a romance just months after her divorce from Blake Shelton in 2015. Lambert and East were together for two years before rumors began to circulate that they had broken up early in 2018, and while neither East nor Lambert has publicly addressed those rumors, she showed up solo on the red carpet at the ACM Awards on April 15.

Country Music's Most Shocking Splits

"They are very much involved," another source tells Us in regard to Lambert and Felker.

Felker married his wife, Staci Nelson, in September of 2016, and the couple were married at the time he began touring with Lambert in January. According to divorce documents filed in district court in Oklahoma County, Okla., and obtained by Taste of Country, Felker's wife filed for divorce on Feb. 28, 2018, citing "irreconcilable incompatibility which has completely destroyed the legitimate aims of the marriage and rendered its continuation impossible."

No parties outside the marriage are cited in the court documents, but a source tells Us that her divorce filing was in response to news from the road. "Staci had no other choice but to file for divorce,” the unnamed insider says. "She was devastated."

Another source close to Felker tells Us that the singer and guitarist was the first to file for divorce, saying he filed on Feb. 16, 12 days before his wife filed her petition.

Lambert and Felker have not commented on the rumors about a romance, but she attended a Turnpike Troubadours gig in Texas on April 7 that was not part of her tour. Taste of Country has reached out to representatives for comment, but had not received any comment at press time.
