Southern Ale House is bringing their maple bacon brussel sprouts to the Tuscaloosa River Market on Saturday and they’ve made eating your vegetables fun. These brussels are topped with a bacon that’s cooked in maple syrup and balsamic vinegar to provide a sweet and salty flavor.
The only way you can get these brussel sprouts outside of Bacon Brew & Que is through the restaurants catering service or when they show up on the menu as a special. Make sure you stop by their table on Saturday and give them a try.
