Veteran or no veteran, this is no way to treat someone.

A man accused of hitting a 77-year-old Vietnam veteran after a dispute over who was next in line at a Grovetown, Georgia gas station convenience store has turned himself in. He's been identified as 42-year-old Eric Rolland.

Rolland claims Jacob Cooter had made a racial slur, but no witnesses could verify that, although other people at the scene did say the two did exchange words.

Cooter, who is okay, says, "I'm happy justice is going to be served."
