Located on 15-acres in Greensboro, Alabama, The Magnolia Grove Historic House Museum is a Greek Revival style house built around 1840 by Issac Croom. It's also the boyhood home of Spanish-American war hero and progressive statesman Richmond Pearson Hobson who was a champion of women's rights and civil rights. Additionally, Hobson was a national leader in the fight against drug and alcohol abuse.

The house includes original furnishings, outbuildings and walls lined with portraits of the Croom and Hobson families. Each year, the home is opened to the public with a Christmas Open House.
