Luke Bryan has extended his well wishes to the three men who were seriously injured in a car accident on Sunday morning (April 10) after working the singer's Kill the Lights Tour stop in Syracuse, N.Y.

The Odessa File reports that at about 8:30AM, a Ford Freestar minivan, traveling south on State Rt. 13 and carrying the three men, veered right off the road, about a half mile north of Alpine Junction, N.Y. The vehicle went airborne, hit a tree and came to rest, on its side, in a water-filled ditch, about 150 feet from where it left the road.

The Odessa Fire Department arrived on the scene to find one of the injured men -- all of whom are about 30 years old, and two of whom are brothers -- outside of the vehicle; the other two men were trapped inside and needed to be freed using the Jaws of Life. The three men, whose names have not been released, sustained "undesignated injuries," per the newspaper, but their injuries were serious enough that they were all transported via helicopter to hospitals in Syracuse (Upstate Medical Center) and Sayre (Packer Hospital).

One of the accident victims told officials that the three men had been rigging lights for Bryan's Saturday night (April 9) concert at Syracuse's Carrier Dome and were headed home to West Virginia. An investigation into the accident is underway by New York State Police, but no additional information has been made available.

"We are so saddened to hear about the accident of the local crew guys after our Syracuse show," Bryan wrote on Facebook on Tuesday (April 12). "Our thoughts and well wishes for a speedy recovery go out to them and their families."

According to his website, Bryan’s next Kill the Lights Tour stop is scheduled for Thursday (April 14) in Toledo, Ohio.
