Why LeBron James Made Me Think of Charlie Brown and Mayor Walt Maddox

I've just learned that LeBron James informed USA Basketball that he WILL NOT participate in the 2016 Olympics in Rio.   The United States GREATEST basketball player at age 31 told cleveland.com "I could use the rest."  Oh, I know the last 6 years NBA finals appearance blah, blah, blah, blah, AND blah, blah, b-blah!

To me, this is like Charlie Brown not attending the Charlie Brown Reunion Show.  "Hey Chuck, put on your yeller and black striped shirt and lets go!"  What if there was a "2016 TUSCALOOSA COUNTY MAYORAL WET T-SHIRT CONTEST" and Mayor Maddox didn't enter?  The answer is simple, it wouldn't be as good for the ladies.  Look at the smile below....this is the guy Tuscaloosa needs to send to the Governors Mansion in my opinion.  I think we need to send our states BEST MAYORS to the biggest job in the state.  Luke 6:10 "If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. "Heck, maybe Boaz, AL Mayor Tim Walker cause he's done a good job for a long time in a small town.  Ok, ladies...the eye candy...

The world deserves to see the best every 4 years in my opinion and I'm not just talking about the Olympics.  We need THE BEST to REPRESENT us on every front and if ya aint sick or hurt.....GO.  The positive side of this is that someone will get the opportunity of a lifetime.  GO TEAM USA!  :)
