Just before Kenny Chesney released his latest CD The Big Revival, he leaked two songs from the disc online. One of those two was the song 'Flora-Bama.'

The songs release came just in time to create excitement around Chesney's free August concert, "The Flora-Bama Jama" which welcomed 40,000 concert goers to the beach and ocean waters located right at the backdoor of the bar.

The Flora-Bama Lounge and Package is a world famous honky-tonk, oyster bar, beach bar, and Gulf Coast cultural landmark, touted as being America's "Last Great Roadhouse". The venue takes its name from its location on the Florida-Alabama border line. The Flora-Bama has been mentioned in novels, received numerous "best bar" awards from various publications and organizations, hosts the Annual Interstate Mullet Toss, and has been mentioned or written about countless times in songs such as Kenny Chesney's "Coastal," Jimmy Buffett's "Bama Breeze," Chris Young's "Lighters in the Air," and Blake Shelton's "Good Ole Boys" among others.

CMT posted the video this week which highlights the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and feature clips of the concert and makeshift marina created by members of Chesney's No Shoes Nation!
