'Dancing With the Stars' won't officially announce the cast of its new season until Tuesday, Feb. 26 on 'Good Morning America,' but the leaks are already beginning to spring. It might be a country cast this time around, as Kellie Pickler and Wynonna Judd are rumored to be joining this upcoming season, trading their cowgirl boots for dancing shoes.

A source close to the production told TMZ that Pickler, who got her start on reality TV appearing on Season 5 of 'American Idol,' will appear. If the 'Tough' hitmaker is ready to return to competitive reality TV, she'll be prepared -- while she was a newcomer in her 'Idol' days, she's now a seasoned star. She'd be the first former 'Idol' to head over to 'DWTS' if the rumors pan out.

But Pickler won't be the only one to rep the genre, as Judd's name also popped up as a contestant. Hopefully, the new season will be heavy on country competitors. The show would not confirm or deny the rumors, so it will be a wait until Tuesday to see if a double dose of female country stars will populate the show.

However, if Pickler and Judd do indeed compete on the show this season, it gives the genre's fans even more of a reason to watch. The 16th season of 'Dancing With the Stars' debuts on March 18 on ABC.
