On October 16th, the film that Alabama fans have been waiting for will be released.

'Woodlawn' tells the story of the 1974 high school football game between Woodlawn vs. Banks that went down in Birmingham at Legion Field. The match-up between the two schools still holds the record for most attendees of a high school football game in the state.

Filmed in Birmingham, 'Woodlawn' features Oscar winner Jon Voight as legendary coach Paul “Bear” Bryant and recounts the legendary coach's recruitment efforts of high school standout Tony Nathan in the 1970s during tremendous racial tension in the state.
