Is Whataburger Really Coming to Tuscaloosa?

For years now, Tuscaloosa residents have taken to social media to express there love for fast food chain Whataburger and their want for them to set up shop in Title Town.

There are nearly 800 Whataburger locations across the United States and 12 locations in Alabama, but not Tuscaloosa... yet.

Alabama's Largest Craft Mall The Maker's Market sent out this Tweet on October 10th of a water line permit that states Whataburger is approved for water service on Skyland Blvd.!

So, does this mean it's happening?
