Is TJ Maxx Moving To McFarland Plaza?

Although company representatives are keeping mum on the project, The Tuscaloosa News is reporting that T.J. Maxx is moving to McFarland Plaza in the old Office Max.

A large red banner bearing the department store's logo and the words 'coming soon' is displayed in front of the old location as renovations on the shopping center are underway.

Public Relations Supervisor, Brittany Farrell told the paper that although the company appreciated the inquiry, 'T.J. Maxx has not announced a new store in the Tuscaloosa area.'

Also 'coming soon' is POVERTY in the Madison household because T.J. Maxx inhibits my ability to use sound judgement when shopping.
