One thing is certain, the financial impact from Alabama football is HUGE.

The Tuscaloosa News shared that Bama football generates $103 million dollars in a season. Almost $50 million of that covers expenses like salaries,travel,etc.

The city of Tuscaloosa is on the receiving end of about $20 million each home game.

So the Tide is a cash cow on many levels. Or a cash elephant.

And I wouldn't be surprised if Nick Saban gets a raise in the coming weeks.
