Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter is gearing up to find homes for some adorable animals this Saturday from 12-4 pm and everyone is invited!

Metro Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization funded by the City of Tuscaloosa, the City of Northport, and the Tuscaloosa County Commission. Along with these funds, they also receive donations which are tax-deductible, redemptions and adoption fees.

Events like these play a big part in making sure the shelter stays open and continues to house these animals until their "forever home" is found.

'Home for the Holidays' will take place at the shelter on 35th Street in Tuscaloosa and will feature discounted adoption fees, microchipping, prizes, refreshments, face painting, and more!
