Highway 55 Burgers Fire, Owner Charged With Arson

Tuscaloosa Police have charged the owner of Highway 55 Burgers, Shakes and Fries with second-degree arson.  Derrick Duane Maddox is believed to have intentionally set fire to the restaurant Tuesday night.

Police say several surrounding businesses suffered smoke damage and more information will be released later this week.  Listen for Don Hartley's daily updates on 95.3 The Bear!
