Free Concert Today at Tuscaloosa TravelCenters of America Truck Stop by Lindsay Lawler

CMA Close Up's 'Who New To Watch 2014' winner Lindsay Lawler will be performing a free show at Tuscaloosa TravelCenters of America (TA) today at 6pm!

Lindsay is here as part of her 2014 Highway Angel Truck Stop Tour - sponsored by TA/Petro, Schneider, Wholesale Truck and Finance and Prime. The tour aims to improve the trucking industry image through promotion of the Truckload Carriers Association's Highway Angel Program.

Launched in August 1997, the Highway Angel program has recognized hundreds of drivers for the unusual kindness, courtesy, and courage they have shown others while on the job. To nominate a driver or learn more about the program and its honorees, visit the Highway Angel website.

Lindsay and her band will perform from her flatbed truck starting at 6pm today (09/04)! There will also be segments involving driver stories, talents, etc. 95.3 The Bear will be on-hand for the event as well.

Free to attend and the public is invited! I'll begin broadcasting starting at 5pm this afternoon.
