Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers coming to Tuscaloosa

With one Alabama location in Hoover, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is preparing to open this summer in Tuscaloosa on 15th Street.

I am not familiar with Freddy's so I spent a little time on their website. I think I'm going to like it. The Freddy's Original Double looks fantastic. The Chicago Dog Freddy's Style...Yes Please.

The custard selection...yes on that too please.The Signature Turtle Sundae or Concrete...-Fresh & creamy vanilla custard, hot fudge, hot caramel, toasted pecans, whipped cream & a cherry. When exactly are these guys opening?!

According to their Facebook page: “We bring to life the America of the late 1940s and early 1950s, a post-war era of optimism, pride and values focusing on unity and quality family time,” said Brian Pyle, franchise operator. “Walls of the restaurant are filled with photographs of 91-year old co-founder Freddy Simon, who is also a World War II veteran.”
