Four Men Arrested and Charged With Rape in Tuscaloosa

Tuscaloosa authorities arrested four men on Tuesday after a woman was found unconscious in an apartment after being reportedly gang raped.

According to what witnesses told investigators, the victim knowingly drank a beverage laced with a controlled substance before passing out in the bedroom of Donald King (20). Witnesses then claim King, Fredrick Shaw (18), Eddie Harris Jr. (19) and DeAndre Dussett (25) all had sex with the victim while she was unconscious.

Each of the suspects admitted to having sex with the woman and the victim was admitted to DCH Regional Medical Center.

All of the men were charged with first-degree rape and are each being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $30,000 bond. Dussett may face additional controlled substance charges.
