As with most concerts and events, BJCC is urging concertgoers to prepare for increased congestion on roads and in parking facilities.

Garth Brooks makes his return to Birmingham for the first time in more than 19 years with 3 performances at Legacy Arena, June 12-13!  With two shows back-to-back on Saturday June 13 and with a number of concurrent events in the city, BJCC is advising guests to plan ahead and be prepared for high traffic volumes.

Doors will open for the 7 pm Friday & Saturday night shows at 5:30 pm and for the Saturday night 10:30 pm show, doors are expected to open at 10:00 pm. However, due to the unique nature of hosting back to back events, there may be some delay in opening doors for the second Saturday performance.

Here is additional parking information as provided by the staff at BJCC:

  • All parking lots adjacent to the BJCC will be opened around the facility.
  • BJCC Security in conjunction with the Birmingham Police Department will be onsite directing patrons for parking. Changes may occur due to traffic flow contingencies.
