In 2012, over 1,200 residents participated in E-cycling day in Tuscaloosa and Northport and this year organizers are expecting more.

On September 6th & 7th, The West Alabama Chamber of Commerce, The City of Tuscaloosa and The City of Northport will host the annual electronics recycling collection event for West Alabama. This year collections will again be taken in the back parking lot of the University Mall and will operate from 9am-3pm each day.

The most comonly asked question is, "What is E-cycling?" Well, it's the recycling of old electronic equipment for refurbishment or demanufacturing.
