Don’t Miss Next Months Yellowhammer Live!

Last night was awesome at The Yellowhammer Inn at the monthly series "Yellowhammer Live". Shawna P and Adam Tyler Browne were the guest artist. Shawna is tremendous talent. I had only seen her on TV and YouTube until last night. She blew me away! Next months Yellowhammer Live promises to be a great night too.

Last nights event was sponsored by Scott McClanahan with the WHMZ Group at Morgan Stanley and Evangeline's catered like a BOSS. Originally planned to be on the back deck as usual, the cold weather prompted a move inside. It was a full house. Shawna P sang some original songs as well as some covers like Kris Kristofferson's "Bobby McGee".

Yellowhammer Inn's proprietors, Jack and Susan Warner were excited about the turn out. I asked Mrs. Warner what inspired her to begin hosting events like Yellowhammer Live. She said she has spent a lot of time in Perdido Key and had the chance to meet some of the talented artist that play the Flora-Bama. She thought it would be a great idea to serve up some of that talent to folks in Tuscaloosa!
