Thomas will become the 19th Alabama player inducted into the hall. He is the record-holder for sacks in a single season with 27 which he reached in 1988 and career had 52 sacks during his career.

The former Bama linebacker and Kansas City Chief has been passed up for the honor for many years now which has generated an outcry from current and former Bama players fans like T.J. Hodges who has created campaigns on Facebook and Twitter, sold t-shirts and beat the streets with petitions to try and get Thomas the credit he deserves. Heck, he even got Kimberly and I involved and we were proud to do our part!
