Craig Wayne Boyd is gearing up to release new music through a new label. The country singer and Season 7 winner of The Voice has signed a deal with Copperline Music Group.

His Copperline deal will team Boyd up with Reviver Entertainment Group for radio promotion and BDG / RED for distribution. Reviver is also home to country up-and-comers LoCash and Michael Tyler.

"Will and I are both excited and fortunate to be working with Craig and his world-class fan base," says Copperline Music Group head Rusty Harmon in an official press release, also speaking on behalf of his partner Will Edwards. "With the addition of Reviver, we are preparing to release Craig’s first LP since since winning The Voice."

"My Baby's Got a Smile on Her Face," Boyd's first single following his victory on The Voicereached No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart in 2015, making it only the second single to debut at the top spot on that chart. The first was Garth Brooks' 2007 hit "More Than a Memory."

“Craig Wayne Boyd is an artist that his fan base is very passionate about, and I believe the music he is working on will excite them very much," says David Ross, president and CEO of Reviver, adding that the singer's new tunes are sure to add "many more fans to the fold."

As The Voice's Season 7 winner, Boyd was signed to Dot Records, but with the help of a lawyer, he negotiated his way out of that record deal after, Boyd tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal, no one at the label knew who he was. In 2016, Boyd got married and welcomed a baby girl, Dakota Lynne.

The press release announcing Boyd's new record deal states that he will release new music this summer. For more information on Boyd's upcoming shows, visit his official website.
