We all have had to or will have to sit through a job interview at some point. Unless you are interviewing for a position with Berkshire Hathaway or NASA, the interview questions, in my experience, are all pretty generic, asked by someone who is pretty generic as well.

"So, tell me a little about yourself", "What are some of your strengths- some of your weaknesses?" "Are you willing to re-locate?" You have heard these right?

No real right or wrong answer. I suppose it lets the interviewer, if they are even actually qualified, a chance to see how you react. For me, it was their chance to see me do what I do best....shoot the bull! I have only not been hired for a job I applied for once in my life. That company closed their doors a year later.

I used to feel confident until I read the article published in The Huffington Post by Catherine Taibi titled 11 Impossibly Difficult Job Interview Questions   The article sources from Glassdoor, a jobs and career online site. Some pretty major companies with a goal to only hire the best. They are asking the exact opposite from generic questions.

I don't think I would be able to pass. I put Kimberly Madison on the spot this morning on air and asked her a  few of questions. How did she do? You decide. The audio is below.
