Chick-fil-A is offering a sweet incentive for families who make an effort to enjoy a meal connected to each other instead of their devices.

On average, Americans spend an average of 4.7 hours a day on their cellphones and the concept of families sitting down at the table together grows more obscure by the day.

Eager to provide a sense of community for customers, 150 Chick-fil-A restaurants across the nation will feature a "Cell Phone Coop," an actual box for families to house their phones while they share a meal and quality time together.

Families and friends who manage to eat their entire meal without picking up their phones can enjoy a free Chick-fil-A Icedream cone.
