Charlie’s Birthday Turned Out Great!

A week or so ago, I ran down a list of things I was supposed to gather from the woods for my little girl Charlies first birthday party. The party was tweety bird themed. My wife made the decorations. I think it turned out great.

Here are a few pictures. I did good on the sticks and twigs. The blue cupcakes are "birdbaths". The pretzel sticks were "twigs". The M&M's were shaped like bird eggs. The white cupcakes had cream cheese icing. My wife shaved three Hershey bars on top and added the M&M eggs...they were "Bird Nest".  The tray of Peeps were simply "Birdies".

We opted out of an entire cake for Charlie to dive into. instead, we used a single blue cupcake. She didn't use hands.
