Crimson Tide fans in New Orleans will get the special treat of seeing chart toppers Imagine Dragons and O.A.R. ! Both bands to headline the main stage performances leading up the Allstate Sugar Bowl Thursday night (January 2nd). It's a part of Allstate Fan Fest!

You'll find the designated area in the heart of the French Quarter in Jackson Square. The Allstate Fan Fest will feature a variety of fun and interactive and football-themed activities. Plus, a Bama pep rally and concert performances!

Rock sensation Imagine Dragons will headline the festivities on Wednesday (January 1st), while O.A.R. will help ring in the New Year the night before (on Tuesday December 31st). The Imagine Dragons concert will be live streamed for fans back in Tuscaloosa and across the country on AllstateFanFest.com and on Allstate’s Facebook page. This year, fans can visit AllstateFanFest.com and enter to win the chance to meet Imagine Dragons before they go on stage or, for those who won’t be in New Orleans, the chance for a digital hangout with the band. Fans both on-site and off-site are encouraged to live tweet the Imagine Dragons performance using #AllstateFanFest for the opportunity to be featured on a video screen near the main stage.

At the Allstate Fan Fest, college football fans can also register for a chance to win an Allstate Sugar Bowl fan pack, which includes an autographed helmet from their respective Allstate Sugar Bowl teams. In addition, the Allstate Combine will give aspiring athletes the chance to participate in football-related activities and drills leading up to the big game.

The following activities will highlight this year’s Allstate Fan Fest:

Tuesday (Dec. 31)

• O.A.R. Concert – 6:15pm

Wednesday (Jan. 1)

• Alabama Crimson Tide Pep Rally – 4:00pm

• Imagine Dragons Concert – 6:15pm

The Allstate Fan Fest is free to the public between the hours of 12pm and 8pm on Tuesday, Dec. 31, and Wednesday, Jan. 1. Fan Fest is located at Jackson Square in the Jax Brewery parking lot off Decatur Street.

Allstate will celebrate its eighth year as the title sponsor of the Allstate Sugar Bowl held in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Jan. 2, 2014. The game will be broadcast on ESPN at 7:30pm.
