Back Forty Beer Co.’s Trade Day Cuban Coffee Stout – Craft Beer of the Week

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Greene Beverage to put a spotlight on some of the phenomenally flavored craft beers that are being distributing throughout Tuscaloosa.

This week we focus on Trade Day Cuban Coffee Stout, the brand new Fall/Winter offering from our friends at Back Forty Beer Company out of Gadsden.

Trade Day Cuban Coffee Stout is a 6.2% ABV stout that gets its flavor from the use of Cuban coffee from Southern Girl Coffee Roasting Co. of Oxford, AL. Although it's more stout than coffee, coffee lovers would leave satisfied with each pint empty.

The description on the bottle reads,

Trade Day refers to the old Southern tradition of gathering at the crossroads to buy and sell goods of all kinds. These culturally diverse events still exist all over Alabama, and after half a century, it's finally time to welcome our Cuban neighbors back to the crossroads. Y'ALL BRING THE COFFEE, WE'LL BRING THE BEER!

Trade Day is now available for in 12-ounce glass bottles and on draft in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida.
