Going to bed fifteen minutes earlier helps according to research. Many of us will struggle to fall asleep earlier. We feel groggy.

Doctors say string up later to fill the extra hour may have adverse effects.

I find it depressing when it is dark at 5pm. Who wants to leave the office in darkness? Why is the time change necessary. I suggest we abolish the change. What say you?
