Alabama Athletes React to the Death of Swimmer John Servati
Tragic news coming out of last night’s severe weather in Tuscaloosa as John Servati, a junior on the Crimson Tide swim team, has died. Servati was injured trying to save his girlfriend from a falling wall in the basement of his residence on 22nd Ave. He was taken to DCH where he was later pronounced dead. Servati came to Alabama from Tupelo, MS, a town that was also hit hard by yesterday’s storm system.
