Alabama softball's first game at the 2016 Women's College World Series only lasted about 30 minutes before it came to an abrupt halt due to the weather.

The Crimson Tide and Oklahoma were in the bottom of the 2nd inning of a scoreless game when the game went into a lightning delay. After three hours, the decision was made to postpone the game until Friday.

The two teams will resume play on Friday at 6PM, and that game will be televised by ESPN2. The fourth game of the opening round between LSU and Michigan will follow. Take a look at the updated bracket below.

The losers of Friday night's games will have a quick turnaround to avoid elimination on Saturday at 1:30PM.
