During the first half of the Ole Miss game on Oct. 4, 2014, as he was being tackled, Alabama running back Kenyan Drake broke his leg in a horrifying scene.

At this point the running back had no option but to sit out the season on the sidelines and start to heal. Later on in the year, Drake said he expected to be at full health when spring practice begins and luckily, that day has arrived. Alabama will hit the practice field Friday at 3:30 pm, take 10-days off for Spring Break and return on Monday, March 23rd.

In his short time on the field for the 2014 season, Drake rushed for 112 yards and four touchdowns on 22 carries.
