The top four of the College Football Playoff rankings took on a much different look on Tuesday after numbers 2, 3, and 4 all lost over the weekend.

The only certainty when the new top 25 was revealed was that Alabama would still be sitting at No. 1. On a week when upsets took over the top 10, the Crimson Tide looked as strong as ever in a 51-3 win over Mississippi State. The question started behind them, where Michigan, Clemson, and Washington all suffered their first losses of the season.

The committee moved Ohio State to No. 2 in the newest rankings with Michigan and Clemson retaining a spot in the playoff as it stands now.

Alabama currently has four wins against teams ranked in the top 25 with a chance to pick up two more (Auburn, SEC Championship Game).
