A 77 year old man was awakened by a loud crash at his home/business. Then a man with a pick ax came through the bedroom door. The intruder wore a black bandanna over his face.

The homeowner reached for his gun firing 7 shots as the intruder charged him.

20 year old Sedrick Jemison was killed. The homeowner faces no charges in the self defense attack.
