Alabama's next crop of NFL draft picks will workout for NFL scouts on Pro Day on March 9.

The annual event is a mini-combine for all of the draft-eligible Crimson Tide players and will be held inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility. This will be another opportunity to impress NFL personnel in hopes of earning a spot on a roster this fall.

No one has a chance to benefit more from this event than quarterback Jake Coker. The leader of Alabama's national championship team only started one season as a collegiate quarterback so he's still relatively unproven. And since he didn't get invited to the NFL Combine in February, this will be his best chance to showcase his passing abilities as he'll throw to his wide receivers on Pro Day.

The interest for the event seems to grow every year as Nick Saban's talent level gets deeper and deeper in Tuscaloosa. The 2016 version should continue that trend.
