The University of Alabama begins the 2013 football season with a chance to win a third-straight national championship. While much of the credit goes to head coach Nick Saban, former athletics director Mal Moore revived the football program and helped guide it to the point it is today. The Crimson Tide will recognize the man that meant so much to the university by wearing a helmet sticker throughout the season.

Alabama begins the season on Saturday with the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff Game against Virginia Tech in Atlanta. The game be televised on ESPN at 4:30pm CT. The Crimson Tide is a 21-point favorite of the Hokies.
