Alabama Football to Hold Parade to Celebrate Championship

After capturing their third national championship in 4 seasons, the University of Alabama will be making a change-in how it celebrates.  Unlike in previous seasons, the Alabama football team will not hold a ceremony inside Bryant Denny Stadium, instead a parade will be held in its place, with a ceremony on the top steps in front of the stadium.

Here are the details that have been confirmed at this time
*Parade will start at 1:30 p.m. at the corner of University Blvd. and Second Ave.

*Participants will include Head Coach Nick Saban, players and staff from the 2012 team, Director of Athletics Mal Moore along with other dignitaries and special guests

*Parade will conclude with the Walk of Champions and a ceremony on the top steps of the North Endzone, emceed by Eli Gold
