Wait. I thought this was the the new healthy option. It's all we've heard. NOW, we are told NOT to go coconut.

Now reports reveal coconut oil increases BAD cholesterol. Might as well use butter.
Coconut oil is almost 100% fat.

Some weight loss plans have recommended using coconut oil. No wonder we are fat!
