The craft beer explosion has taken this great country by storm and Alabama has been one of the states at it's forefront.

The second annual Alabama Brewfest will inhabit the parking area outside of historic L&N Station this weekend and will feature 50 breweries from all over the Southeast, 20 of which are from right here in Alabama.

The cities of Birmingham, Huntsville, Fairhope, Gadsden, Anniston, and Florence will all be represented as will Tuscaloosa with the inclusion of Black Warrior Brewing Company and Druid City Brewing Company. You can see a complete list here.

T-Town Cafe and Dickey's Barbecue Pit will provide food for patrons as well.

Alabama Brewfest will open its doors on Friday from 7-11pm and then on Saturday from 5-9pm. Proceeds will go to Arts 'N Autism and The Alabama Brewer's Guild.

Tickets can be purchased for $30 in advance and $40 at the door. Get yours online by clicking here. A limited supply of VIP tickets are also available each day for $50 and include 1 hour early admission and a festival T-shirt

Tickets can also be purchased at Corks & Tops, Spirits Wine Cellar, Druid City Brewing Company, Black Warrior Brewing Company, Alcove International Tavern, and Wilhagan’s Grille & Tap Room.
