Alabama and Texas A&M Are Ranked #1/#6 AGAIN! (I Was There In 2013!)

Remember the Showdown in College Station a few years ago? I sure do. I was on the sidelines for one of the craziest games I've ever witnessed! (See picture to left when I was working for FOX10 in Mobile)

It was blistering hot under the Texas sun and a LOT of offense to be had! Let me paint the picture for you: 2013, Alabama ranked #1, Texas A&M ranked #6 ... AJ McCarron vs. Johnny Manziel ... ring a bell?

Top-ranked Alabama held off Texas A&M in College Station that steamy Saturday afternoon, 49-42. Manziel threw for five touchdowns, but it wasn't enough as the Alabama offense matched him score for score and won! The game was the most watched regular season college football game since 2006 - and was called the GAME OF THE CENTURY that surely met the expectations of many!

So, with Alabama and Texas A&M ranked #1 and #6 AGAIN! This time at Bryant-Denny. College Gameday on campus AGAIN! Two successful quarterbacks in Jalen Hurts and Trevor Knight ... Saturday is bound to be EXCITING!
