This Week’s Alabama Athlete Performance You Should Know About: Kyle Overstreet

Each week I will do my best to pinpoint a particular performance and the University of Alabama athlete who acomplished that feat. This week, congrats goes to Kyle Overstreet!

Picture this, it’s the bottom of the 10^th inning, Alabama is facing the second-ranked LSU Tigers in Sewell-Thomas Stadium. Kyle Overstreet steps up to bat with the bases loaded. The game tied 3-3 and on the second pitch of the at-bat, Kyle knocked it out of the park to seal the Crimson Tide win!

Alabama improved to 24-18 overall and 9-9 in the SEC. They return to action Wednesday, April 24 on the road taking on the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles. First pitch for the game at Pete Taylor Park is scheduled for 6p. Airtime on 95.3 The Bear is at 5:55p.
